Through Letter of Ratification 1/22, of March 16th, was confirmed the Double Taxation Agreement between Angola and China, approved by Resolution 29-A/29, of June 24th.
However, accordingly with article 30 of that Resolution, the Agreement will only be applicable to the income obtained after the first day of January of the following year that the Agreement becomes in force, eg January 1st, 2023.
