Corporate Secretarial Services

i. Assistance in preparing and monitoring companies’ secretarial needs - includes drafting minutes of resolutions and power of attorneys, updating mandatory company documents and offering general advice on corporate obligations
ii. Specific Foreign Exchange advice and services - includes the preparation, analysis and filing of
a complete range of contracts between resident
and non-resident from on an Angolan point of view and assistance in the payment of dividends or remittance of profits in compliance with the Angolan Law and regulations
iii. Other related assistance – including assistance in Private/Foreign Investment, immigration, labour matters
